On this page a brief description of the main areas and services available in the hotel is given so that all our guests are well informed of everything upon their arrival. Let’s begin with the Reception area. Our qualified staff is available 24 hours a day.

Arrivals and departures are handled here and it is a major reference point should you need any type of information during your stay here with us. You will find geographical maps and maps of the city, prices and availabilities of the various bathing establishments, organized tours and any other type of information or documentation that you may need.

The timetables of included and not included services with rates are displayed, for example:

• Check-in is from 12.00 p.m. onwards
• Check-out is foreseen by 11.00 a.m.
• Breakfast is from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
• Dinner is from 7.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
• The daily Menu is available at the Reception and you have the choice of 3 first main courses and 2 main second courses.
• During daytime the Bar has reduced service hours. Full Service is available from 3.00 p.m. to midnight. Room service is also available.
