A few words regarding this site.

Home Page: the middle pages (Vello d’Oro Hotel, violet-rose colour) gives you basic information and lets you print documents, such as a map of the city and Useful Links. On the right (Art Hotel, sky-blue colour), gives a brief description of the hotel and is filled with beautiful pictures and to the left (Taormina, Sicily, green colour) shows Sicily, Taormina with its Geography and major points of interest.

This site lets you check the availability of the rooms on all the pages. This Site does not only talk about itself and of the hotel that you have chosen, but it also talks about the city and the area. It wants to help you become familiar with the city that gives us hospitality, Taormina, the surrounding areas and of Sicily so that you will have a clear picture of what to expect and of the things that you will be able to see. The works of Art of man and of Nature, which we are very proud of, are spread out all over the island and you will find some that are absolutely amazing! You will find all information regarding our city, our land or even our Island, Sicily, island of Art, at the reception area of our facility. All major information regarding room reservations, transfer to/from the airport with favourable rates or excursions is already available on this site, just click here. (Useful Information: once you open the page all you have to do is insert the date, the number of guests and the room that you desire. You can check out the special offers, availabilities and other extra services that you can directly book here, all at very good rates. The Reception is open 24 hours a day

A few words regarding the Hotel, the Vello d'Oro: an ART HOTEL in Taormina, this is the definition of the facility that holds works of Art, some of which are big in size and created by the Master artist, G. Cuscona, such as the one depicted in this photograph, for example. It is a ceramic arch with bright shades of blue-green, placed at the entrance to the restaurant.   

The hotel is located right in downtown Taormina, everything is within reach and all useful information is available, just like our Staff at the Reception, available 24 hours a day. You will find all necessary documentation published by the Aziende per il Turismo Regionali (Agencies for Regional Tourism). The opening hours of the Restaurant and Terrace Bar are also available plus the daily Menu (choice between 3 main courses, 2 second dishes and various side dishes, dessert). Last but not least, you also have a wide choice of excursions of Taormina's surrounding areas to choose from. You can reach these areas by public transportation or rent a private car with chauffeur. You can also choose Tours organized by specialized  agencies.
