On this page a brief description of the main areas and services available in the facility is given so that all our guests are well informed of everything upon their arrival. Let’s begin with the Reception area. Our qualified staff is available 24 hours a day. Arrivals and departures are handled here and it is a major reference point should you need any type of information during your stay here with us. You will find geographical maps and maps of the city, prices and availabilities of the various bathing establishments, organized tours and any other type of information or documentation that you may need. The elevator stops at all the floors:
First Floor: Restaurant where Breakfast is served, opens at 7.30 a.m. If you wish to have breakfast before the opening time all you have to do is reserve the service at the reception. The Restaurant for dinner opens at 7.30 p.m. and serves the dishes as chosen by the Guest from the daily Menu available at the reception area. There are many artistic ceramic creations on this floor, for example the entrance Arch, the beautiful Fountain and the Large Fireplace. There is also a secondary exit that crosses Piazza della Chiesa del Varò and takes to Corso Umberto. The entrance is safe and surveillance cameras placed in the area are directly connected to the reception area. On this floor you will also find a living area with armchairs, games tables, a television and a bookcase filled with books in various languages.
Second Floor: different types of rooms from room n. 201 to 210. There are standard rooms with windows, some with balconies, some with small terraces and limited view of the sea and the city. All come with private bathroom (some even with Jacuzzi), hairdryer, satellite TV and telephone with direct line.
Third Floor: rooms from 301 to 325 and, like the ones on the second floor, they all have private bathrooms, hairdryers, telephone and SAT TV. On this floor there is also a bookcase filled with different types of books and documents.
Fourth Floor: rooms from 401 to 422. The Reception area is located here along with the main exit towards via Fazzello and the parking lot.
